"Very happy with Chloe’s visit. She offered to visit to collect key and go over instructions first even though it was a fair distance. She was happy to travel to visit our cat and keenly followed our plan. Hope our cat was well fed and watered and her litter and space was clean. "I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "Michael was so so great!! Bruno absolutely adored him on their first meeting and continued to be excited for his bi-daily visits. Michael updated us at every feed, sent pictures and updates, and cleaned up Bruno's poos so he would have a clean bathroom area every day. He showered Bruno with love and snacks and we felt so relaxed knowing he was well taken care of. Absolutely recommend!"

"Vivienne is absolutely godsend. She managed to feed medication to my grumpy 17 year old cat that is very aggressive towards stranger. Also, Vivienne sent me lots of photos and videos everyday. "Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats.
