"It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. We highly recommend Jenny and also hope to use her services again. "

"Vicki was an excellent dog sitter while I was away recently. She was most obliging and helpful. Vicki sent me regular photos of Mala happily walking and playing during her visits to my home. "After many years with the same Pawshake pet sitter who has now moved away, we contacted Jose for the first time to look after our two cats. Jose was happy to come over beforehand for a meet and greet and was unfazed by the somewhat complex feeding & litter arrangements - our cats need to be kept in separate parts of the house when we’re away as one is on a special diet. Jose was also more than happy to accommodate a last minute request to water some plants in the front garden. All around, a friendly and communicative Pawshake member who we will be happy to use again!"

"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
