"Big thanks to Gisela for accepting my very last minute booking. Gisela came for our meet and greet and Millie really liked her right from the start. We had Gisela do a home visit for us, to stay with Millie for a couple of hours, whilst I was at work. She messaged me during the visit, sending pics and updates, and I just so appreciated that she was attentive and kind and wanting to help us.
