"Jacelyn took care of our two furr babies (cats) for 20 days and I cannot fault the service we received. Our cats are indoor and have special feeders and different food but this was no problem for Jacelyn which made us feel confident leaving our furr babies in capable hands! Throughout our trip, we received daily photos of the cats and updates on how everything was going. Knowing they were safe and happy kept us at ease. Due to covid we had to extend our time away for another 5 days. During this stressful time Jacelyn did everything she could to ensure the cats were okay, checking they had enough food and litter for the extra days. The care of our cats is our number 1 priority and Jacelyn went above and beyond to care for them and we are extremely grateful. We will definitely be booking again."
