"Estella was absolutely amazing with my cat, Loki. She went above and beyond in caring for him while I was away, showing a level of dedication that really stood out. Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter—Estella treated Loki like her own, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and reliability."

"I was very worried because it was my first time using a pet sitter and I was not used to it. But she eased my worries. She has such a sweet and delicate personality. He took care of my cat by taking care of everything, even the things I forgot to mention. My cat has a very sensitive personality, and even that was taken into consideration and cared for. "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"We recently had an urgent family trip come up and needed someone reliable to take care of our three cats on short notice. Jess stepped in and did an absolutely fantastic job! From the moment we contacted her, she was responsive, understanding, and accommodating.
Jess took the time to meet with us beforehand, ensuring she understood all of our cat’s needs and routines. She sent us regular updates, photos & videos, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to focus on our trip without worrying about our furry friends.
Our cats quickly warmed up to Jess, which speaks volumes about her calm and caring nature. Jess went above and beyond, even taking the bins out on rubbish night and ensuring there was a fresh litter box for the day we got home.

"Anna did a fantastic job looking after my somewhat grumpy/anxious cat. Her communication and punctuality was amazing. She sent through multiple pics and videos with every visit and full status report of kitty's activities and gave her a full playtime workout with the laser pointer every visit. "Vivienne is absolutely godsend. She managed to feed medication to my grumpy 17 year old cat that is very aggressive towards stranger. Also, Vivienne sent me lots of photos and videos everyday. Consequently, I have piece of mind when travelling overseas knowing that my cats were in safe hands. I came home to happy cats and an immaculate place. "Highly recommend Amy and the service she provides. We have an eclectic array of animals (frogs, galahs, cats) and she was able to cater to all their needs. Amy kept us updated with pictures and messages over the week we were away to reassure us everything was ok. Even took out the bins and brought in the mail. Excellent service!"

"Liv & Seb took good care of our two cats while we were away for the week, including giving medication. They sent photos and updates, which were much appreciated. Our cats get a bit stressed when we're away, so having people to give them pats and help keep them calm is really important to us. They had a moment when they started to get a little strung out but Liv & Seb handled it well and kept us informed. Really appreciated the care they showed!"
