"Yuki is an exceptional pet carer. She was reliable, professional and went out of her way to vacuum my floors when the animal fur started building up. "We were in need of an experienced and attentive pet sitter to care for our two senior cats while we were away for a month. Alyssa proved to be the perfect fit for this role.
One of our cats is 19 years old with arthritis, kidney issues, and hearing loss, requiring specialised care including medications and gentle handling. Our 13 year old is in good health but craves daily affection in the form of brushes and play time.
Alyssa visited our home twice per day to tend to all of their needs. She administered medications properly and on schedule for our older cat. Both kitties received plenty of cuddles and playtime. Alyssa sent photo and video updates after each visit so we could check in on them. Her communication was exceptionally prompt if we had any questions.
Upon returning home, we were thrilled to be welcomed by two happy, healthy cats whose routines were undisrupted. Alyssa kept their area clean and even did some tidying up around the house. It brought us peace of mind while traveling to know our beloved furry family members were in such caring, capable hands. We would not hesitate to call on Alyssa for pet sitting in the future and highly recommend her to anyone in need of this service."

"We took a chance on Teddy as he's fairly new to Pawshake - and we are incredibly glad we did! He was lovely to deal with and he maintained excellent communications throughout. He turned up on time at the meet and greet, listened to all our instructions, and most importantly, took immensely good care of the two most important things in our life, our dog Kiba and cat Brunel. We felt so relaxed on our 4 day getaway because we knew he was taking excellent care of them... and we have the gorgeous selfies that Teddy sent with the pets to prove it! We will be booking Teddy again soon. I just hope he doesn't get TOO popular so we get to keep him for whenever we go away. 😁 Thankyou Teddy, you are wonderful and I know the pets will be very happy to see you again next time. Cheers!!"

"Danny looked after our two cats while we were away. We came back to happy cats. Danny even was mindly of their little idiosyncrasies including one of our cats likes to be patted while she eats. Danny even cleaned up an unexpected hairball mess, which we were grateful for. Danny's communication and daily updates and photos were welcomed. Thankyou so much Danny. "On meeting Arthur you could see he is a gentle person and after walking around the house for a couple of minutes even my shy cat Ebony wanted to say hello. Arthur kept me updated with photos on his daily visits and time spent with Ebony and Elli even though I was out of mobile phone range. Both of my cats were very happy and relaxed. I highly recommend Arthur. "
