"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.
Will definitely be using Jenna again - and recommending her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. "

"Tamara took care of our cat Goldie for 2 weeks. We came home to a healthy, happy cat who clearly enjoyed her time with Tamara and her daughter. They were so gentle and loving with Goldie, giving her plenty of playtime – so much so that Goldie was still eager for more when we got back! "Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "I have 2 very shy cats that hide when ever anyone comes in. I have had a lot of pet sitters and Nicola is the only one that could get them to come out for pets and treets.

"I can not thank Vanessa enough for her service, she was a great communicator from the very start which set the whole family at ease immediately about making this very hard decision to leave our ageing Socs for the very first time with anyone except family. Vanessa is a lovely caring person, it is obvious she loves animals, she is reliable, trust worthy and respectful. Vanessa followed all instructions that were discussed and kept in regular contact updating us on Socs. We arrived home to a very well looked after relaxed cat. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa for any kind of pet minding services that may be required. If necessary I will certainly be using Vanessa to care for Socs in the future.
