"Fatima looked after my cat ‘Tabby’ for a week, and I was very nervous about leaving her. My cat is two and half years old and is a very timid shy girl, whenever anyone comes to my house she runs and hides, I have to leave my wardrobe door open permanently as it’s her safe haven. To my surprise Tabby accepted Fatima on the first day and she came out of hiding. I was sent videos and photos of Tabby relaxed and playing with Fatima, something my cat has never done with anyone before. I was surprised how quickly my cat accepted another person which now gives me more confidence to be able to take more breaks away knowing I can rely on someone who has an amazing nature with animals. Fatima was great communicating every day with updated videos and photos and even went out of her way to buy a new toy and cat grass which my cat loved. I feel more confident now that I can take more breaks and know that I have someone I can rely on, and I will continue to reach out to Fatima whenever I need a cat sitter. I already booked Fatima for the next trip away in November. Strongly recommend using Fatima as I can guarantee your fur baby will be in good hands."

"Rachel was an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! This was the first time we used the Pawshake service so we were a little nervous but after my initial meeting with Rachel I was feeling very confident. Rachel really took great care of our two boys (cats) and took time to play with them every day and ensure I was updated with photos regularly. When we came home they were happy and healthy, no signs of stress at all. When Rachel came over to drop off the keys they approached her as if old friends and were completely at ease. On top of that our cats had been shedding hair and Rachel vacuumed the area before we arrived home which we were incredibly grateful for. I am now very happy I have found a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter in Rachel, and I have already recommended her to friends and family in the area!"

"Cass stayed at our place to look after our puppy and cat for a weekend and I couldn’t be happier with her service. "Super happy that I chose Katrina and her daughter to visit our furboy while we went on a short holiday. The time spent at the initial meet and greet, all the questions thereafter to get to know our pooch, then the detailed updates and photos once we were away (not to mention walks and games) - we couldn't have asked for more! And it didn't seem to affect our furboy that we were even gone which has always been a concern for us and reluctance to go on holidays. "It was a pleasure to have Laryssa take care of Xena (my lab x wolfhound) whilst I was overseas for 8 days. She came around and fed and walked Xena diligently each day, through rain and shine and with positivity. Laryssa sent photos and videos every day and Xena always had a smile on her face.
