She was very responsive with her messages from day one and extremely professional with police checks and blue card to show, giving the pet owners that extra peace of mind. She looked after my 2 cats as if it was her own, kept me updated daily and sent me photos. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolyn and use her pet sitting again.
