"We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions. "I felt comfortable about leaving my cats in Alex's care as soon as I met her. She obviously loves animals and my cats seemed to like her.
communication was excellent with regular updates, including pictures.
my house was tidy and clean when we got back. cats were happy and not stressed at all.
I will be using Alex again if we go away. it was really good to have that peace of mind that my cats were safe and well looked after.
