"It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. We highly recommend Jenny and also hope to use her services again. "

"After many years with the same Pawshake pet sitter who has now moved away, we contacted Jose for the first time to look after our two cats. Jose was happy to come over beforehand for a meet and greet and was unfazed by the somewhat complex feeding & litter arrangements - our cats need to be kept in separate parts of the house when we’re away as one is on a special diet. Jose was also more than happy to accommodate a last minute request to water some plants in the front garden. All around, a friendly and communicative Pawshake member who we will be happy to use again!"

"Jason is a kind and thoughtful person who took fabulous care of our indoor cat and (outdoor!) chooks over Xmas and during the post-Xmas heatwave. The heat brought additional requirements for our animals and Jason was very thoughtful of their needs and communicated well, which meant we could enjoy our trip knowing our pets were well cared for. He was also kind enough to vacuum and clean up as a lovely surprise for us, so we arrived home to happy pets and a reduced list of jobs. Thanks very much Jason! "Nickea and Hayden were absolutely wonderful!! They were super friendly and flexible. Our cats are quite timid but they warmed up to Nickea and Hayden quickly. We got lovely messages and sweet photos while we were away, which made us feel very relaxed knowing they were in safe hands. We came home to two very happy cats!
