Everything went so smoothly, and meeting Danielle put our minds at ease about leaving our beloved pet in very safe hands. "Pratik and his daughter went above and beyond in their care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Not only did they come to feed them, but spent time to play with them and take them for walks. Pratik messaged and sent regular photo updates daily. One of our dogs is very old and required extra understanding. Pratik took extra time and care to make sure he was aware of all his needs before we left. Overall, Pratik and his young daughter provided the best care I could have hoped for in our absence."

"Jaya was exceptional with our pets. We were away for 9 days and received regular updates/pictures and the pets quickly came to trust Jaya. Our 5-year-old staffy x is very fussy with who he trusts initially but they became firm friends. Our 2 cats normally don't even say hello to pet sitters, so we were very impressed to see they were also hanging around for attention. Fantastic service Jaya we will definitely book again. "

"Charlotte was an excellent pet-sitter for us. She visited our cat once a day, and our cat adored her from their very first meeting. She was friendly and professional with us and communicated with us promptly and clearly about issues that arose (one at our end re: possibility of extending dates, and one at her end re: access to the house). We also really appreciated that she was willing to be flexible when we were not certain of our exact dates, and that she offered to help with collecting mail, putting out bins, and watering plants. We will not hesitate to book Charlotte again - thank you, Charlotte!"
