G'day, my name is Jacob and I have been looking after pets, mainly larger dogs for the best part of 20 years. Growing up in QLD, I had a Border Collie named 'Charlie' and I now live with a fantastic and lovable black German Shepherd named 'Jethro' who loves other dogs and is very sociable.&nbsp;I am married and currently live in Somerville with a nice sized backyard where your pets can play and burn some energy. We usually have our dogs sleep inside for comfort and security but if your pet rather the outdoors, we have a kennel as well that can be accommodated for. We walk Jethro daily and let him off-leash at our local park where he runs around and enjoys chasing his ball.&nbsp;We are happy to accommodate for small and big dogs alike as we have plenty of experience with both. I am a hard-working, dedicated person who is currently back studying full time as I am preparing to change careers. I love animals and would love the opportunity to assist looking after your pet as I understand that sometimes it is the only option. I believe strongly in meeting your pet beforehand if able to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible with us caring for your furry loved ones. 
I am happy to provide a 'Criminal Check' on request for your peace of mind and if there is absolutely anything that your pet needs, please let me know and I am only happy to assist!

I'm a regular house sitter for neighbours, friends and other family, and I'm experienced with taking care of all types of breeds of dogs. My Rottweiler Tilly is a handful, and I understand the struggles of larger anxious dogs, and I do my best to help relieve their stresses!&nbsp;&nbsp;

I have been a pet lover all my life, owning dogs,cats,chooks & horses and living on a farm. I now live on a 3/4 acre block with a lovely fully fenced back garden & lots of room for dogs to run around. l also have a large under cover deck with floor to ceiling windows looking into the kitchen & living areas.Currently l have no pets as I lost my beautiful dog & best friend Bella last year to cancer. I will of course bring another gorgeous new pup or rescue dog into my life, but for now l am looking forward to having your pets around to stay & have a wonderful time with me.I Live 4 houses from a beautiful dog friendly walking creek track, which is tanbarked & goes for miles! I am also a 5 minute drive (if that) to my local dog beach, where everyone - both dog & human are friendly. Dogs will be spoilt, walked, played with & certainly be ‘inside’ dogs including of course all night. I am currently not working, so your much loved pet will receive so much attention & love during stays!! I am also able to visit, feed & / or walk pets in their own homes. Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for animals! So much so it lead me to have my own dog walking and minding business since 2017. The Dobiejax Squad
I have studied at NDTF (National Dog Training Federation) along with doing as many workshops and courses I can. I absolutely LOVE my job so technically I've never worked a day!

I have 2 dogs an 8yr old Dobermann named Jax &amp; a 3yr old Vizsla Merlot.
I also have 2 cats- 6yr old Burmese Meek &amp; 1yr old Ginger Harrow.
They're all animal friendly and get along with all animals. They've all grown up around dogs, cats rabbits.
All minding dogs sleep inside. And come out on walks.
Outside of Dogs I am a professional boxer so I base my availability and schedule to align with training, camps and bouts.

i'm super outgoing and love meeting new clients/their animals. I have a few of my own fur babies, such as Suki, my turkish angora, she's my baby girl! Indie, my gorgeous fluffy mixed breed bundle of joy &amp; aria/tiger, the queen of the house. I also have my other baby girl honey bunny, she is such a delight! Last of all we can't forget Simba our rescue dog. 
So i know how important it is that your animals are getting the greatest care possible! I'm here to make that happen!
i'm able to feed, walk, lots of cuddles! &amp; more during the duration of the stay. Any tasks you need done further eg: watering the plants im super happy to also complete during the stay. The house will stay clean and a beautiful environment!
