Faced with a surprise cruise aboard the Queen Elizabeth, we urgently required a competent and loving caregiver for our Norwegian Forest cats, Mocha and Charlie. Maria stepped in on short notice and went above and beyond, exceeding even our highest expectations.
Twice daily, Maria impeccably attended to feeding, water bowl refills, and litter maintenance. What sets Maria apart is her willingness to genuinely connect with Mocha and Charlie during these visits. Her responsibilities were executed not as mere tasks, but as heartfelt gestures that underlined her deep affection for animals.
Mocha and Charlie, cautious by nature due to past lockdowns, were quick to sense Maria's kindness. "Simina has provided first class care to our five cats. Our most shy cat normally hides when he sees someone new, but with Simina he was not scared at all. "Nerida took great care of my five month old lab, she bonded extremely well with her and my pup was extremely happy and relaxed with Nerida.
Nerida took great care with her and walked her to the park each day and as she can be a handful, her manners have considerably improved since Nerida handled her.

"I went interstate for 3 days. Pablo walked my boy twice a day and sent me great pictures to ease my worried mind. He was very easy to deal with and communicate with, and made my first experience with pawshake a very positive one.
