"Sending a huge thank you to Violetta for looking after our cat Chilli, Violetta came every day and looked after out cat with food and pats. She kept the litter tray clean and sent photos and a video daily. Violetta is reliable and punctual and came every day as promised, with no fuss. "Went on trip this Easter and Menghe took really good care of Tilly, Menghe sent messages, photos and even videos right after each site visit, updating you what happened and what saw and did in the visit, which is really appreciated cos some sitters still do great work but didn't communicate and provide update this well.

Meet and greet was great! The dogs were happy to meet Jen and Ant. They were very friendly and warm.

Faced with a surprise cruise aboard the Queen Elizabeth, we urgently required a competent and loving caregiver for our Norwegian Forest cats, Mocha and Charlie. Maria stepped in on short notice and went above and beyond, exceeding even our highest expectations.
Twice daily, Maria impeccably attended to feeding, water bowl refills, and litter maintenance. What sets Maria apart is her willingness to genuinely connect with Mocha and Charlie during these visits. Her responsibilities were executed not as mere tasks, but as heartfelt gestures that underlined her deep affection for animals.
Mocha and Charlie, cautious by nature due to past lockdowns, were quick to sense Maria's kindness. Charlie, initially the braver of the two, became visibly more relaxed and playful under Maria's caring attention. Mocha, always the reserved one, also showed signs of growing comfort as he watched his brother interact positively with Maria.

"I went interstate for 3 days. Pablo walked my boy twice a day and sent me great pictures to ease my worried mind. He was very easy to deal with and communicate with, and made my first experience with pawshake a very positive one.
