My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from years of pet adoration. I am passionate about providing animals with love and care they deserve. My previous experience includes pet-sitting for friends and family, where I had the joy of looking after various cats, dogs and other pets. I am committed to ensuring that the pets that I look after are safe, well-fed, comfortable and that they feel loved. I enjoy taking them for walks or runs, playing with them, or giving cuddles. I am aware that different pets have different needs and I make sure I communicate clearly with the Pet Owners to provide the most appropriate care. I like to ask for tips and hints on the pets' habits so that they are happy and well taken care of while the Pet Owners are away. I live in Newstead/New Farm with many dog-friendly parks around but also happy to travel to places closer to the Pet Owner's house. I am usually available in the afternoons or on some days early mornings as well. I can offer taking the pets for walks/runs (from 15 minutes to 1 hour long to a park or walking path), coming over to feed them or staying overnight to be their company. For home visits, I can usually stay for as many nights as needed - as agreed through booking. I can also water plants, bring in the mail and look after the house during the stay.

Hello! I'm a passionate dog lover and a university student with a flexible schedule, making pet sitting a perfect way to spend my free time. While I’m not in a position to adopt a dog at the moment, I’ve found that being a pet sitter allows me to enjoy the company of dogs without the long-term commitment. I am usually available all day, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. My services include dog sitting, home visits, and dog walking. While I don't offer training, grooming, or administering medication, I do provide basic care, companionship, and attention for pets. For home visits, I typically stay between 1 to 6 hours, and I can water plants and bring in the mail as needed. Dog walks last between 30 minutes to an hour, and I prefer walking in parks or nearby the owner's home. For house sitting, I can stay from 1 day to a week, and I ensure home security by keeping doors and windows locked, collecting mail, and maintaining a lived-in appearance to deter any potential security concerns.

I’ve been around dogs my whole life, and I frequently house-sit for friends, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of dogs, big or small. My own dog back home was a rescue with a reactive and anxious personality, so I completely understand the patience and care that some dogs need. I’m more than happy to spend extra time getting to know your pup, especially if they’re a bit nervous or stressed.
