"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
We highly recommend Ting to anyone in need of a pet sitter who combines professionalism with a genuine love for animals. Mittens and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care provided, and we will not hesitate to reach out to Ting for future pet-sitting needs.

"Nickea and Hayden were absolutely wonderful!! They were super friendly and flexible. Our cats are quite timid but they warmed up to Nickea and Hayden quickly. We got lovely messages and sweet photos while we were away, which made us feel very relaxed knowing they were in safe hands. We came home to two very happy cats!
We will be recommending Nickea and Hayden to everyone we know and 100% will be booking them again! They are amazing! Thanks guys 😃"

"Sam was fantastic! She did a great job looking after my somewhat recalcitrant cats and kept my chickens healthy and happy during the hot weather. "Lenore provided excellent care to our cat and five lizards and went above and beyond when one lizard gave birth unexpectedly, caring for the newborn with an unscheduled extra visit and keeping us updated with communications and excellent pictures.
