"Kate and her Dad were incredibly attentive to our two dogs. They played with them, took them for walks and genuinely bonded really well with them while we were away. Kate sent daily messages and a host of photos and videos to help put our minds at ease. Kate was honest, listened to our needs and followed every instruction that we left with her to the letter. "Melissa looked after our cat Archie for a week while we went on holiday. This was the first time we used this service for our cat and we were very satisfied and would definitely book Melissa again.
Melissa was lovely, flexible & very caring and took great care of our fur baby. Melissa sent us daily updates with photos and made us feel confident that Archie was in good hands.
Archie has a dust allergy and Melissa made sure he kept up with his medication and even hoovered the apartment to keep his allergy in check. Great customer service."
