"We are grateful for the care our dog received from Winnie during our holidays. Our dog was recovering from surgery, and Winnie went above to ensure his comfort and well-being.
They were administering medication and following all post-surgery care instructions. We received regular updates, which gave us peace of mind knowing our furry friend was in great hands.
We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver during such a critical time. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate dog sitter!

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Rolinda looked after my 2 doggies for 5 days. I couldn't be happier as I got daily feedback and pictures. They adjusted quickly to the new environment and got along well with other dogs she was sitting at the time. I highly recommend her services."

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "I am pleased with Jason and Michelle’s care for our beloved boy, Rocky. They provided regular updates every night, which made us feel reassured about Rocky’s well-being. They have 2 boys who are friendly and they get along with Rocky very well. My pup definitely had a real vacation at Jason’s house. "Jenny was very professional and lovely. It was easy to communicate with Jenny. She kept us updated us on our little one every couple of hours and gave us this big piece of mind and reassurance. Our baby(dog) was looked after very well. He was taken on a regular walks and socialized with other pets. i highly recommend Jenny and her service and would use her services again in future. "Taro was unbelievably happy under Jenns care as well as playing with her playmates, Casper and Zoe! I got updated daily with photos and videos of all the things Taro has been doing such as her training, walks, and so much more! It made me very happy to see how happy Taro was in them☺️

"Our pug can be emotionally sensitive and does not do well out of home, however he was very happy boarding over two weeks with Caroline and family. Even his fur was in better condition than when I dropped him off (he loses fur when stressed). She was even able to accommodate and unexpexted extension to our stay which was a life saver. I would not hestitate to ask for her boarding services in next time."

"This was my first experience leaving my Cavoodle puppy, Bruno with a pet sitter. Cathy was amazing. She was quick to respond, showed extra love and attention to my pup, sent though constant photo updates and was very accommodating and flexible with drop off and pick up times. "We left our pug, Mochi, with Dyana for 6 nights while we went to Hamilton Island, and it was the best decision we made. Mochi had the best time of his life! Either Dyana or her husband are always at home, ensuring Mochi received plenty of attention and care. Max, their dog, absolutely loved playing with Mochi, and it was clear that Mochi enjoyed every moment of their endless play sessions. In fact, Mochi was visibly upset when we took him back because he had such a wonderful time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for Mochi to stay.
