"Grateful to have Matthew & Maddi take care of my pug Ziggy, I could not fault the service offered, the communication was great and swift responses and Matthew had flexibility around our arrangement. The conditions of Ziggy's accommodation were great, he was included as part of Matthew & Maddi's family for his time there and not just kept in a "run or the yard". I was kept updated via text messages and photos of Ziggy daily. When I collected Ziggy he was happy and bright. I will definitely be requesting Matt & Maddi's service for my future trips away. "My dog Leo is a 15-year-old senior, and Aliz has done a fantastic job looking after him. She ensures he gets regular walks and playtime, and makes sure he is fed at the new place. Aliz also sends plenty of photos to keep me updated about Leo. I highly recommend Aliz for her excellent care!"

"Juan and his brother Leo literally saved our cat’s life while we were on vacation!
Did not hesitate to offer a quick pickup from our cat from our friends place down south (as she developed a sudden allergy to the cat) and he was very quick to inform us when our cat started having stress bleeding with UTI from the earlier location. Helped drive our cat to our local vet the next day, and then immediately to the emergency hospital just in time for severe dehydration and helped care for our cat with medications post hospital discharge. He is probably the reason our cat survived at all.
He is a true cat lover and I won’t hesitate to use his services again. Thanks again! "

"What an amazing experience. My little Minnie was indeed treated like a princess by Gloria and her family. So much so that we can now plan an extended family holiday in the future without worrying over where to leave Minnie and knowing she will be well cared for. Gloria communicated every day and let us know how Minnie was settling and catered for her separation anxiety (which thankfully settled after a few days) by giving her extra love and attention. Five stars all round for Gloria, her family, her house & garden and all the attention they lavished on Minnie."
