"We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Labrador Retriever, Russo, in the care of Ed and Ping for three weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better carers. From the moment we met them, it was clear that Russo was in loving and capable hands. Ed and Ping treated Russo as if he were their own, providing top-notch care and attention to every detail of his routine.
Russo has a particular schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs, ensuring that he was comfortable and happy at all times. We were especially touched by the daily photos they sent us, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Seeing Russo so well cared for truly made us feel at ease.
The love and affection Ed and Ping showed Russo was beyond what we could have hoped for. They took him on regular walks, played with him, and made him feel completely at home in their care. It's rare to find such genuinely good-hearted and caring individuals, and we feel blessed to have found them.

"Summer and Kierryn are really great with our frenchie, Fredzel. We are really concerned as Fredzel can be very anxious in new environment but Summer gave Fredzel a lot of attention and took him out for a lot of activities. We can see Fredzel had a very pleasant staycation. Regular updates are provided and Summer has been on point with all Fredzel’s treatment. They are very passionate and custom-tailored to fred’s special needs, such tear stains and eye drops. Definitely will recommend Summer for your pet sitting needs. "

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. Our dog was loved and cared for just like in our home and that made all the difference. We definitely rate Anitha highly and will use her service again. "

"Angelise provided a safe, secure and caring environment for our beautiful Kelpie Ella who can be a little nervy.
It was clear that Ella had a great time judging by the fun photos Angelise sent me during the stay as well as Ella’s calm demeanour when I picked her up.

"This was a first time experience of leaving our pooch with a pet sitter & we are so glad GQ offered to look after our dog.
Within no time our pooch settled in and also had some companionship.
He was well looked after and we did have the peace of mind in knowing that.
Throughout the stay we were kept well informed through the app with pictures and information on how he was settling in or what he was upto. Great communication & I would highly recommend and use this service again."

"We couldn't be happier with the dog-sitting services provided by Cassie. She understood our concerns (first time being away from doggo) and sent us frequent updates in the form of videos and photos, which gave us reassurance that our dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she truly care about the well-being of their furry clients and takes her responsibilities seriously. "Our dog Buddy had a wonderful time staying with Kristine and her family. We got regular updates and pics and the communication was outstanding.
He was walked at least twice a day and got plenty of pats and cuddles. He was treated like part of the family.

"We urgently needed to find a replacement sitter when our neighbour fell through, and Louise and Danny were such a blessing! Our 1 year old girl had an absolute ball with Moose (he's probably exhausted!) and Louise made sure she was cosy, safe and felt loved. We had regular photo and text updates each day on her twice-daily walks. Raya came home happy, healthy and very well exercised! Thank you both - we will recommend you to all our doggy friends. "Michelle & Jason have been our go-to sitters for years. They are extremely conscientious with our Teddy boy and every time we leave him in their care it becomes easier because of how well he had been looked after in the past. That they happily accommodate and continue our daily routines with Teddy such as walks, relaxing times on the couch, sleeping on the bed, tidying and cleaning, etc. means minimal upheaval to Teddys normal routines whether he is with Michelle & Jason or at home with us. In addition, the careful way Michelle matches the temperaments of dogs she looks after with each other, shows us that she cares for their happiness and social wellbeing. I am very fussy with who looks after Teddy so knowing Michelle and Jason love dogs and are very knowledgeable when it comes to their care is a huge burden lifted. We have no qualms about recommending Michelle & Jason for above and beyond care of your fur baby. "
