"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! I'll definitely be checking their available dates for future travels where we need a reliable and easy-to-work-with pet-sitter!"

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! I highly recommend Karen and will definitely rebook her should I require a pet sitter again."

"I would highly recommend Tina as a dog sitter, actually this is my first time using Pawshake platform to look after someone could take of my dog while I`m away during the weekend. The communication between Tina and me was absolutely fantastic and she sent some photos and updates every day. "Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. I cannot recommend her enough and I would love to for her to dog sit Ruby again next time we go on holiday. Thanks so much Judith!!!! :)

Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"Sophie and her family took excellent care of our dog, Archie while we were away. Sophie took him for long walks and even took him for dog training together with their own dog. "We loved the open communication and updates that were given throughout the stay. Kartika treated Milo like her own dog, her care towards him was certainly valued!
We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

"It was only a short stay for Mochi and she appeared to be well looked after. Amanda sent a comprehensive questionnaire before Mochi’s stay which helped her to understand her needs and how to care for her. Amanda is very responsive and flexible with pick up and drop off which is extremely helpful. Would love to have received more updates and photos/videos though. Overall very happy with Amanda 🙂"

"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. "Anne and her family were amazing pet hosts. I’ve never left my dog with anyone previously so I was very anxious to say the least!
