"Mia was fantastic to deal with - communication was so quick and I received multiple pictures and videos of Piglet every day. When I dropped Piglet off I was blown away by how dog friendly her place was! Dog beds everywhere, toys, little dog houses outside - my dog made himself at home right away!! Mia’s dog Phoenix was so gentle and Piglet had a ball playing and exploring together. Highly recommend Mia and her husband to take amazing care of your fur baby. Will definitely rebook!"

"Michele was excellent when our dog Cookie stayed. She was very considerate for his stay and his socializing with others and as well as her dogs because Cookie is a little shy dog. She gave good care of him and love while he was there. She even brought him to the pet shop. The most thing I enjoyed about Michele’s dog boarding was when she sent me Cookie’s photos. He looked happy and enjoyed there. I would let Cookie to stay with Michele again definitely."

"The meet and greet went very well especially because Yogi has a dog. When I went to drop my dog off the next day he pulled me across the street and could not wait to get in the door. He watched me leave and was not bothered. I think he had a great time with Yogi's dog and her children. Will have no hesitation about booking again."

"Jenny was very professional and lovely. It was easy to communicate with Jenny. She kept us updated us on our little one every couple of hours and gave us this big piece of mind and reassurance. Our baby(dog) was looked after very well. He was taken on a regular walks and socialized with other pets. i highly recommend Jenny and her service and would use her services again in future. "Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"This is the first time I organised pet boarding for Chubba and it was a great decision. Lulu and her family were so good with Chubba, he was loved and cared for during his stay. "This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "I couldn't be more pleased with the care our two dogs received from Katja and her family. They stayed with her for 9 nights while our home was being renovated, and it was clear from the photos that they were having an amazing time, smiling and enjoying the company of other dogs. Katja was incredibly attentive to their needs, providing gentle walks (as they’re older) and plenty of cuddles. Unlike kennels, which often charge extra for walks, attention, or special care, everything was included in the fee with Katja. When I went to pick them up, although they were happy to see me, one of my dogs momentarily turned back, as if to stay! It was obvious they were very happy and comfortable in Katja’s care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Charlie & her daughter were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of our anxious dog’s needs. From the beginning, they took the time to build trust, making our 9 year old puppo, Mylo, feel comfortable and safe. "Tiko recently took care of Toffee for 3 nights, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Tiko was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to Toffee’s needs.
Throughout the stay, Tiko provided regular updates, including pictures, videos and messages, which gave us peace of mind that Toffee was in great hands. Toffee was well-exercised and received plenty of affection and playtime, which really showed in how happy and relaxed she was when we returned.
