"I couldn’t have been happier with Graham’s dog boarding service. From the moment I contacted him, I knew that Graham was a professional who cares deeply about the well-being of his furry clients.
One thing that really stood out to me was Graham’s excellent communication. Before the boarding, he took the time to ask about my dog’s routine, likes and dislikes, which really put my mind at ease. During my holiday, Graham sent me daily updates and photos, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that my dog was having a blast and being well-cared for.
When I picked up my dog, he was happy and had even learned a few new tricks! It’s obvious that Graham is a real “dog person” who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great time. I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care our dog received and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

"We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Labrador Retriever, Russo, in the care of Ed and Ping for three weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better carers. From the moment we met them, it was clear that Russo was in loving and capable hands. Ed and Ping treated Russo as if he were their own, providing top-notch care and attention to every detail of his routine.
Russo has a particular schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs, ensuring that he was comfortable and happy at all times. We were especially touched by the daily photos they sent us, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Seeing Russo so well cared for truly made us feel at ease.
The love and affection Ed and Ping showed Russo was beyond what we could have hoped for. They took him on regular walks, played with him, and made him feel completely at home in their care. It's rare to find such genuinely good-hearted and caring individuals, and we feel blessed to have found them.

"Thanks Cecilia for taking great care of our puppy Cody - it is our first time to leave our puppy for a short trip and Cecilia always responded fast and provided updates of Cody. Cecilia is very easy to communicate with and she follows the care notes that we give her and make sure our Cody has the good care. She also organized meet and greet for Cody to meet herself and other dogs who will stay together during those dates. It was great for owners too as we know in advance who will stay with Cody and it makes Cody to settle easier. We definitely recommend Cecilia. "

"We had our Hugo at a dog sitter for the first time and it was for 12 nights. Sara looked after him as if he was hers. Sara’s communication was excellent. We received updates and pictures daily and we could really see that Hugo is having a great time. We were very happy with her care and will definitely book Sara again. "Michelle & Jason have been our go-to sitters for years. They are extremely conscientious with our Teddy boy and every time we leave him in their care it becomes easier because of how well he had been looked after in the past. That they happily accommodate and continue our daily routines with Teddy such as walks, relaxing times on the couch, sleeping on the bed, tidying and cleaning, etc. means minimal upheaval to Teddys normal routines whether he is with Michelle & Jason or at home with us. In addition, the careful way Michelle matches the temperaments of dogs she looks after with each other, shows us that she cares for their happiness and social wellbeing. I am very fussy with who looks after Teddy so knowing Michelle and Jason love dogs and are very knowledgeable when it comes to their care is a huge burden lifted. We have no qualms about recommending Michelle & Jason for above and beyond care of your fur baby. "

"Kim and Lachlan are very lovely and caring people who loves dogs. They looked after Lucien very well. Their home environment is perfect for Lucien because he is an energetic dog - lots of outdoor space around the house, lots of love, a resident dog for companion and daily walks. They communicate to us every 2 days with photos and video and a brief report which is ideal for us.

"Linda was absolutely fantastic with my two dogs. She bonded with them instantly and made them feel at home.
