She is trustworthy, reliable, friendly, accommodating, understanding, excellent open communication, skilled and goes that extra mile to help my dog feel happy and safe.
I have a very large dog and she was quietly confident in her ability to care for him. He instantly picked up on her vibes and they bonded.
My dog loved his holiday with her; lots of walks, cuddles, pats, treats, photos with daily updates.

"Thank you to the Crane family for looking after our beautiful dog Bob. He spent 3 wonderful nights with the kindest family I know. They walked him, gave him lots of cuddles, sent pictures and spoilt him rotten. Special thank you to his adopted Nanna who loved him like her own little pooches. "Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"

"Ingrid was amazing with our 11 month old cavoodle. Right from our ‘meet and greet’ I felt very comfortable that our fur baby was going to be well cared for. Ingrid listened carefully and ensured she gathered any necessary information to ensure that our pup would feel at home with her. She gave us plenty of time on that visit and when we returned to drop him off for a 5 night stay. Ingrid sent us such lovely updates snd photos of their time together - they had wonderful outings to the park and socialising as our pup loves running and playing with other dogs. When we collected him he was calm and happy. Again Ingrid gave us plenty of time to debrief and show us lots of photos of our pup’s happy time. He has been well settled since coming home and I am happy in knowing that he was well loved during his little ‘holiday’. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ingrid and will definitely seek to have her mind our pup again. "

Tiffany has been fantastic- we couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter. She looked after our dogs while we were away and unfortunately the puppy got progressively unwell. Tiffany was caring and proactive - communicated with us immediately and throughout the trip to the emergency VET rooms. She spend the time with him until it was decided he required to stay overnight. She kept us updated, took notes, stayed as long as was needed, looked after him after he was discharged. In the mean time she took great care of our other dog. She approached a difficult situation for everyone involved with kindness, patience and humility. Puppy is on the mend and both dogs were very well looked after!!!
Tiffany is a great dog sitter - she is caring and compassionate, responsible and competent!
Thank you very much for your service 🙏🏻 Definitely recommend her and will book again!

"I felt very happy leaving our dogs with Nellie as she is a vet student and one of my dogs has a medical condition and requires daily tablets. She sent me photo updates each day and took them to the park twice as well. They looked like they had a great time and lots of attention! "

"This is our first time to put Peanut (our fur Princess ) as to pet sitter.
