"Guillermo took such great care of our cat, Blossom. He was an excellent communicator - very fast responses, flexible with pick up and drop off times, and highly accommodating of our cat's needs, sending photos to reassure us he had settled in. Blossom really didn't want to leave! They bonded very quickly. We are extremely happy to have found a pet-sitter we can return to and trust completely with our cat."

"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.

"Tannia was so wonderful taking care of Harvey. The photos, videos and communication made it clear not only was he enjoying himself, but I think Tannia loved taking care of him too. This gave me so much comfort knowing he was with a loving carer! "Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"We were really happy to have found Mei living so close to Essendon airport. We were looking for someone to take care of our older boy dog Wilder for the night and get him to his Pawmobile flight to Tasmania the next day, whilst we hopped on the Spirit of Tasmania overnight.
Mei was great at communicating from the start. We felt really comfortable dropping Wilder off, and had text and a pic update on how he was doing. He looked extremely relaxed there.
We highly recommend Mei, especially if you are looking to fly your pet to Tassie, she has all the experience on the location and checking in with Pawmobile.

"Barney seems to have had a wonderful time, staying with Harley, Kate and Madeline! It was extremely easy to make arrangements and communicate with Harley. I also met the lovely Kate for the "meet and greet". Harley also sent pics of Barney during the stay, which is always reassuring when you are missing furry friends. Barney came home happy and relaxed. Harley even dropped over some food I had left behind. "We couldn’t be happier with Michael’s care for our 22 month old American Staffy, Moyi, during the 18 nights he looked after her. He kept us updated with regular texts and adorable pictures, giving us peace of mind. "Best dog sitter we ever had! We are so thankful that Veronica can look after our dog again when we were on vacation recently.
She kept us updated with almost daily photos/ videos. She is so good with dogs and even gave us advice on grooming. Snowy is an anxious dog but Veronica’s patience and loving nature really helped her relaxed. We can tell she had a wonderful vacation too! 😄
