"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"I can't thank Natalie enough for the incredible care she provided for my Bella. I had to extend my stay in Fiji, and the original sitter couldn't accommodate the extra days. Natalie stepped in to help, and it was such a relief! She was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated with photos and videos of Bella having the best time with her family and their dog, Zeke. Bella came home yesterday and has been unusually quiet—I'm convinced she's missing Natalie, her family, and Zeke. It’s clear they treated her like one of their own. I highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy sitter. You can absolutely count on her to care for your fur babies as if they were her own."

"Jenna was absolutely amazing with our mini dachshunds. They stayed with her for 9 days and they had the best time. Jenna sent daily updates along with photos and videos and her communication was so great. It’s so reassuring to find an amazing dog sitter that goes above and beyond for your fur babies. I was quite anxious leaving the dogs as they’ve only ever stayed with family when we’ve been away but I cannot recommend Jenna highly enough!! "

"We had our Hugo at a dog sitter for the first time and it was for 12 nights. Sara looked after him as if he was hers. Sara’s communication was excellent. "Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"I recently had Dionne look after my Cavoodle, Teddy, for an overnight stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. "By far the best pet sitter I have found. Both Pratik and his daughter just gave so much love n affection to Archie that he was super sad coming back home. He was treated so well even got groomed by Pratik. He smelled so well when I got him home. Pratik kept me well updated with Archie and I loved it how he was taken on walks, fed good fresh food and given so much love. He was given more care than I have given him. "Kim and Lachlan are very lovely and caring people who loves dogs. They looked after Lucien very well. Their home environment is perfect for Lucien because he is an energetic dog - lots of outdoor space around the house, lots of love, a resident dog for companion and daily walks. They communicate to us every 2 days with photos and video and a brief report which is ideal for us.

"Elise and her family were the best dog sitters i could ever have asked for. They gave both my Maltese a holiday while i was away on holiday.
