Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for animals! So much so it lead me to have my own dog walking and minding business since 2017. The Dobiejax Squad
I have studied at NDTF (National Dog Training Federation) along with doing as many workshops and courses I can. I absolutely LOVE my job so technically I've never worked a day!
Currently based in Carrum. Will do pick up and drop offs
I have 2 dogs an 8yr old Dobermann named Jax &amp; a 3yr old Vizsla Merlot.
I also have 2 cats- 6yr old Burmese Meek &amp; 1yr old Ginger Harrow.
They're all animal friendly and get along with all animals. They've all grown up around dogs, cats rabbits.
All minding dogs sleep inside. And come out on walks.
Outside of Dogs I am a professional boxer so I base my availability and schedule to align with training, camps and bouts.

Our cosy four bedroom home is conveniently located across from a train station, with plenty of dog friendly parks within walking distance. The medium sized backyard has been thoughtfully renovated by my partner and dad to accommodate the needs of both our toddler and pets. It includes a covered carport and a divided garden area, offering ample space for relaxation and play.After a rewarding four year break to focus on my family and welcoming my son into the world, I'm excited to announce that I'm returning to Pet Care ! With my son now attending kindergarten part time, I have the time and energy to once again offer dedicated care for your furry friends.During my time away, I've been developing my skills as a parent, but my love for animals has always remained strong. I'm thrilled to reconnect with past clients and meet new ones. My goal is to continue providing the loving and reliable care that pets and their owners deserve.A quick note: There may be times when I need to bring my toddler along for certain services, particularly for House Sitting as he prefers having me with him at night over my partner. Please read*I am only able to take certain animals at my house for boarding.&nbsp;Mostly pocket pets and senior pets.There is access to a large yard (clam shell for those water lovers!)&nbsp;I unfortunately cannot take any chewers/diggers (as there is access to gardens, couches and chairs etc)&nbsp;Small, older dogs will be able to stay inside - I do have a curious, dog friendly cat who lives inside. Pets must be good with cats, although I will ensure full supervision and separation. Large cages for sleeping will be ideal if you have them.&nbsp;Grew up on a farm in country victoria. I have been around animals large and small all my life. I was a daily horse rider in my younger years.I Am also a qualified veterinary nurse of over 15 years, currently working full-time in a busy ASAVA accredited Vet hospital.I can do pet sitting on my holidays and days off. These do vary so will need dates. I am home most weekends.&nbsp;I am capable of administering any medications and comfortable with all species and temperaments.Before small animal nursing, I worked on various horse properties and horse hospitals.I own a rescue cat of my own, a very curious black cat named Phoenix. I have also recently adopted a black kitten named Vortex.&nbsp;My own dog was a rescue rottweiler from a bad home, who was very timid in the beginning and with many strangers so I understand how to treat nervous pets. Hello from Gemma, Suraj &amp; Alfie. Gemma is a digital product manager working from home 3 days a week &amp; Suraj is a developer also working from home 3-4 days a week. We have a large home with fully fenced front courtyard and small backyard in central Dandenong. We own a 3 year old friendly labrador who is our fur baby through and through. He has welcomed many of our neighbourhood dogs into our home for multiple night stays and he is at his happiest when he has a friend around so we have decided to open our home to more dogs : ) We offer dog sitting on days and nights when we are working from home so your dog will have plenty of supervision &amp; play with our happy lab. We allow dogs to sleep inside overnight (not on our bed), relax on the guest bed next to me while working from home &amp; also to cuddle with us on the couch. We do morning and evening walks around Dandenong &amp; trips to local dog parks (Fotherington Reserve, Tatterson Park, Tirhatuan Park) and the beach if that's your dogs thing!
We can offer daycare &amp; boarding at our home during our working from home days (Thursday through Monday) and can offer pickup and drop off outside of 9am-5pm on request. Open to discussing arrangements if pet sitting at your own home is required.&nbsp;
Your dog must be friendly, social and happy to be with other dogs. We cannot accept dogs with poor social behavior and ask that we have a meet and greet before confirming bookings so we can confirm compatibility.


Hello! I am a passionate animal lover. I have a whippet Benji who is now 8 and we go for daily walks! We spend a lot of time outdoors and at parks. I work Monday to Friday but I am an early riser so am available for dog walks or house visits from 5.30am until 8.00am. I am also available anytime in the evening from 5.00pm onwards and anytime on a weekend. I love walking and spending time at the dog park. I can also meet your needs if you have certain training technics as I know each dog is different. I am very reliable and can't wait to meet your furr baby. I am happy to do meet and greets first for free as I totally understand wanting to meet me beforehand! Also I have taken care of feeding cats, chickens, parrots and guinea pigs so I'm totally open to looking after/feeding any animals. I am very honest and if anything you can expect your pet to get a little extra of a walk or a little more time spent with them then what I would charge for, I love animals so  I'm always keen to spend time with them and meet their needs, if they seem like they need a little more of a run I wouldn't hesitate spending a little more time with them.

I have been around Pets and have previously cared for my friends dogs during their times of need. Working from home gives me and my wife lots of flexibility and your dog will be looked after in a nice and cozy house with backyard available to run and play.
Fully vaccinated pets only as our Archie is only 13 weeks. He is learning his basic obedience and is getting more and more comfortable around other human beings and animals. He has his crate and play pen and usually sleeps through during the day but would very much like to play fetch or simply have a quick play provided he has slept well.
