"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "Lyla took a very last minute booking from us when another sitter fell through and we can't say thank you enough for how kind, well-organised and lovely she was to our little pup! She communicated quickly and consistently the whole week we were away and sent lots of photos to keep us up to date with everything happening back home. "Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"

"Chris was amazing. I had trouble finding pet sitters when they were available but I said my dog was a kelpie x staffy was upsetting. Chris didn’t even think twice. He was so accommodating and calmed my pre-first pet sitter jitters. I had photos of how Ezra was settling in before I even checked into the airport. The whole time I was away he was sending my check ins. Photo updates of walks, trips to the beach. "
