In the past I have participated in training and trials with my dogs but these days my focus has definitely shilfted to rescue and petcare.&nbsp;
He came from a questionable home and was incredibly squikkish. 5 years on he is the most amazing companion. I have beend dog walking (30 minutes to 2 hours/walk) and providing short and long term pet visits (1 or 2 visits per day) for a variety of pets whose people are at work or on extended holidays for the past 3 years. Not just dogs and cats, but birds, rodents, reptiles, etc and even the occassional horse as I enjoy looking after different animals. Drop in visits are generally 30 minutes unless a walk is also required. I will come and play, walk and give love and attention to your pets to ensure they enjoy your time away as much as you do. Of course I will attend to their cleaning, feeding and anything else that may be required (eg medications, plants, mail, bins, etc) I usually send a picture and small message every 2 days however, if you prefer daily updates just let me know.&nbsp;
Hence, I only walk 1 dog at atime or more if they come from the same home or are best buds and spend time together usually. I am fit and usually walk in excess of 10kmdaily for my own pleasure so whatever your dog needs in terms of pace I am able to provide. I will always communicate with you if this occurs.&nbsp;

I have always been interested in having a career relating to animals and I am a big animal lover. I have owned my dog for 9 years and she is the best part of my life. I have looked after family friend's pets over the years and have always received great feedback. I am looking for some opportunities to walk your dogs, feed your animals or pet sit if you are going away. I love being outdoors and walking and seeing new places. I do have another job so my availability might be limited depending on the days you require. I love being around animals so you can be assured your pets will be well taken care of, fed, and loved and played with. I have my own car so I am able to travel to get to you. My husband and I simply adore dogs.  We spent a large part of our lives (until 25 years old thereabouts) owning and caring for different dogs (e.g. dalmatian, daschund, pekingnese, great dane, spitz!).  Every time our beloved pet leaves us, it leaves a gaping hole in our hearts (thinking of it makes me all sad now).  Decided not to keep any more dogs as we could not bear the pain in losing them.  That did not mean we do not like to care and play with other people's dogs - every time a relative or friend goes on holiday, we are the first to volunteer (actually insist) of taking care of their dogs!&nbsp;&nbsp;
We live in a 730 sqm single storey home with a large, secured (gated) back and front manicured lawn in suburban (i.e. no wild animals, wild vegetation etc) Scoresby, VIC for your pet to roam and discover.  We are able to accommodate your pet within our home/bedrooms.     We have two teenage boys (i.e. 15 and 16 years old) who also adore dogs and they do come in handy in attending to your pet (e.g. showering attention, cleaning and walking etc).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
I am mostly at home 24x7 (my husband would say I am the luckiest wife) and will be able to accord much attention on your pet.  I am also available in most days to attend to yr pet at your place - say within 35 kms from Scoresby.&nbsp;&nbsp;
You would expect nothing less in terms of care and attention for yr beloved family member.  We promise to keep your pet properly fed, groomed and pampered whilst you are away - just like how we would treat a real family member (or a child!).  Also, we will keep you constantly posted via whatsapp or internet CCTV on how well they are doing.  The most important thing is, we will try our best to keep your pet happy and not to miss you too much. (We can take yr dog for car-rides if that is its thingy!).
We are also tri-lingual.  Other than English, we speak/write fluent Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and Indonesian/Malay - more language options for owners (and dogs) speaking a different language I guess.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We believe in clicking with your pet before taking him/her - and as such, a "pre-meeting" is necesary (not charging for this).  We want you and your pet to be confident and at ease with us.   Leaving your pet (or baby) with someone is arguably the most distressing thing a loving owner would have to contend with - and we know cause we have been through this.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We want to shower all our attention on your pet and thus likely not be able to take more than 1 dog at the same time (unless the dogs are acquainted).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi,I'm a fit, mature, active local of Ferntree Gully available on Mondays &amp; Tuesdays and some weekends o walk your dog.I have trained my three&nbsp; dogs up to a high level of obedience so I have tons of experience with different types of personalities and ages.My pet hate is seeing dogs walking their owners. Having been through this myself I know how uncomfortable and dangerous it can be to have a dog that pulls you along. This is what got me into dog training. My first dog, at 6 months old, was the size of a small horse. I realised that "google" training just wasn't cutting it and dedicated 2 years to his obedience.&nbsp;Currently I am available on Mondays and Tuesdays to walk and train local dogs.I'm very safety conscious and hyper aware of other dogs. I did a lot of specialised training with rescue dogs that were unsociable and aggressive also. The course trained us in dogs pre aggression tells, that is the signs that dogs can display prior to an attack. This can include; tail wagging, panting, eyes darting, locking of lips, a change in gait, posture changes etc.Your dog will be safe with me and that's the most important thing when you are entrusting your dog with someone else.I also want to make my services affordable. It breaks my heart to hear of the dog shelters getting full of dogs now everyone is back at work.Personally I have 3 rescue dogs who have brought much joy, fun and laughter into my life.

Friendly large senior Labrador cross who will keep your pet company and very entertained. Loves all people and other dogs, but if they need a break from eachother the yard can be seperated into two halves if they want a rest from playing.&nbsp;
He is a lovely, desexed, 7 and a half year old. He loves to play with toys, tennis balls and frisbees, and we are sure your dog would love to join in!

We will happily walk your dog every day with ours on leash, or off leash if you like! We love to get out and walk everyday around the streets and through a reserve by the creek for your dog to run off leash and have some exercise and definitely not chase the ducks along the ankle deep trickling ferny creek.

Hi! I'm Emily, an experienced pet and house sitter based around Melbourne CBD/Inner East/Inner Bayside Suburbs. I am available to pet sit in your home, so that your fur friend doesn't have to leave their safe space!
I have been pet and house sitting full-time since April 2024.  I've really enjoyed hanging out with different fur friends/family members. Prior to this, I have casually pet sat/dog walked for friends and family and via other platforms since 2021.
I have experience with rabbits, cats and dogs of all breeds/sizes/ages, and I am able to care for multiple animals at one time. Being a rabbit mum myself, I understand the niches and concerns of being a rabbit parent  - thankfully, the rabbits live happily in the family home since I have begun house sitting full time. I am also an adoptive paw-rent to my partner's dog, Snow, who is a gentle giant of a White Swiss Shepherd (45kg+) and Mocki, a fluffy grey cat.
The dog breeds I have cared for previously in addition to my home pets include: schanuzer, pug x french bulldog, french bull dog, Chinese crested, dalmatian, boxer and more.
I have also cared for a few cats including a tortoise shell cat named Phoebe and two cat friends named Hazel and Heston. I pride myself on the care I can provide to your fur friend and my communication with you as their owner, and I am happy to say that I have had several repeat customers over the years who I always love to return to!
I am a professional working in the legal industry and I do have to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so I may not be the best fit if your pet is used to someone home all day.
