I'm a semi retired mining engineer and have been Housesitting full time since April 2019 in the ACT, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. I started Housesitting after a long illness and it has been a godsend with my mental health and recovery. I am based in Perth and can service the South West area to Albany. I travel with my thermomix, my own computer and printer. 
I am very experienced with small to large dogs, cats (multiply), chickens( raised from chicks), fish, peacocks (raised from chicks), birds, rabbits &amp; guinea pigs. I can walk dogs from 3 small to two large (but it depends on the temperament and age). I have given medication to pets and have looked after elderly animals plus ones after surgery.  Am only able to housesit domestic animals and within Perth area. 
I pride myself on leaving your residence immaculate condition with very happy pets. 
I had two cats called Fred (RIP2016) and Ginger (RIP2014). I had them for 17 years and 15 years respectively since they were wee kittens. And have named my Housesitting service FB, and instagram page - GingerFred Housesitting. As a child I also had an Albino Guinea Pig. I have lived in mining company housing for 11 years in remote mining towns and have looked after the houses impeccably including one with a pool. I am not much of a gardener but can water. I am a non-smoker, very clean &amp; tidy and love meeting the neighbours while walking with your dog and at the local cafe. 
Occasionally I may have my 19yo daughter (who is at university in Adelaide) with me but I'll inform you at he time. She has been a regular sitter with me in holidays and adores cats.

Even though I have a fenced yard, your pet will mostly be indoors with me, so they'll feel right at home. To make sure they're comfortable, it's a good idea to bring their favorite food and toys.
I'm a Law and Psychology student with a WFH job, so I'm around all day to give your pet lots of attention. I've grown up with pets, especially dogs, and I love looking after them whenever I can. I am from Canada and love looking after all animals. I have regularly petsit over the years both in Canada and here in Perth. I have experience looking after all sizes and types of dogs ranging from miniature yorkies up to bull mastiffs. I had a gorgeous rescue German Shepherd mix who was my everything until she got cancer a few years ago. We always had dogs growing up and my mom had a particular fondness for Boston Terriors so we had a few of those fart machines over the years . We also had a mixture of other animals and reptiles including a hedgehog, mice, hamsters, spiders, and lizards. My brother really wanted a snake when we were kids but my mom drew the line at that one, however I have looked after friends snakes and even an iguana at one point as well. I am used to animals that need regular medication etc as I previously had an epileptic dog and another requiring daily medication later in life. I am able to sit in your home or mine. We have a medium sized fully fenced yard, which has a long shaded corridor on one side which has proved great fun for playing fetch. We also live within walking distance of a small fully enclosed dog park and are only about a five minute drive from the Whiteman Park Dog Park. I am home most of the day on RnR (with the exception of the occasional errand) so am able to spend plenty of time with your furbaby(s).

Hi there! My name is Julie. I'm 27 years old and I've been living in Australia since Sept 2022. I am loving the sunshine compared to my usual rain, however, I am completely heartbroken missing my 2 dogs at home in Ireland!&nbsp;
I have 2 small dogs Joey &amp; Frankie. Joey is 2 and is a Chihuaha and Jack Russell mix, whereas Frankie is 2 and is a Jack Russell and King Charles mix. They are honestly my babies and although I feel like a neglectful mother having left them behind, I know they are being very well taken care of at my home house with my Mum and brothers who love them dearly. I basically facetime my Mummy everyday just so I can see them (I think even my Mum has caught on that I'm more interested in seeing the dogs than her half of the time haha).&nbsp;
I'm a qualified renewable engineer who always dreamt of moving to Australia to pursue my dream of working on solar energy to create a more sustainable world. Therefore, once Australia waved the green flag to travel again after covid I knew I had to go whilst I had the opportunity. I'm currently working on a rare earth mine where I work as the Environmental Advisor. Our mine is a unique mine and provides a huge resource of rare earth minerals which can be used for renewable technologies, e.g. wind turbines and electric cars, so I feel like I've achieved my goals so far in Aus! I work a 2:2 roster and would love to spend my R&amp;R with some doggies.&nbsp;
My passion for joining Pawshake is simply to share some of the love with a cuddly friend that I once gave to my own dogs. My favourite thing to do was putting my dogs into their car seat (yes, I did have a car seat for them as seen in photos) and taking them on a hike up the Irish mountains or to the beach. Walking the dogs made both them and myself very happy, plus it got my steps in too which was an additional bonus!
I really truely had my dogs at home spoilt - from baking them birthday treats which were dog suitable, buying them new coats and jumpers, taking them everywhere with me, and cuddling and loving them. I promise I will care for your pets the same way I could care for my own.
I've always loved animals and my first job was working in a dog groomers at the age of 13 and it was my favourite job ever! I never even cared when the large St. Bernard dogs covered me in drool.&nbsp;
I'm happy to walk, feed, wash and clean up after your dog. I have my full Australian driving license and a car so can travel as needed.
I don't have accomodation suitable to have a pet in so I'm happy to take your dog out for walks whilst you're at work or house sit.
I've dogsitted/housesitted for my neighbour whom had 5 dogs (3 large labradors, 1 shihtzu and 1 chihuahua) which are also included in some images. My dogs really got on with them so it always felt like I was taking my children on a playdate rather than actual work which I loved.

I can pet sit your dog or cat or anypet at your home. I will make sure he gets fed, have a fresh water, have the opportunity to go to the bathroom and get cuddles and play. One visit up to 1h $20, two visits a day $35.
I will walk your dog for 30-45min depending on their needs and fitness, $20, additional pet $10. I won't let dog off the leash in public space or exercise dog in the heat of the day.
In my house, we love pets, and we take great care of them in their diet and when they walk because they are one more member of our family, like a brother. For me, it is great to be able to spend my time surrounded by pets. I have learned a lot about taking care of dogs since it is the pet that I have had the longest for more than 15 years.&nbsp;
Our dogs have been from the same family since we first had Jade, a schnauzer dog who had her puppies, and we stayed with her and a puppy that we named Jade daughter. She had puppies, and in the same way, we are left with two of them now with Doruk, a puppy, and Nisa, another puppy, that are the ones we have at the moment, and all of them have had the good care that I have given them daily.&nbsp;
