Loki came to our family through our (at the time) 17 year old son Kai. Loki was born with extreme hip dysplasia which only became evident when we had him desexed. Being Kai's dog, he felt the responsibility to raise the money for the massively expensive operation to help Loki be free of pain. Loki needed a Femoral Head Ostectomy which cost around $7000 - so Kai set to by starting a Go fund me page and starting a window cleaning business. Really happy to say that Loki came through the operation really well and can run like the wind now with no pain. Luckily we have a massive back yard with loads of play room. He is really ball/toy obsessed, even bringing the ball in to the shower for me to kick for him!! We have puppy sat other dogs and Loki loves to play and rumble, unlike Majik who likes to sit and watch - well she is 11 after all lol. Loki is like most kelpies, super intelligent and loves his food.
