Jess

Hi, my name is Jess. I am 29 years old, and I am a teacher and education leader at a Preschool near Norwood.

I love being around animals! I believe they are all that is good in the world! They truly make each day brighter and better.

I have had the opportunity to take care of a variety of pets whilst family, friends and other clients have been away including cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, many different dog breeds, fish and turtles. I have also looked after cats and dogs who have needed medication such as tablets as well as insulin injections including checking sugar levels, so I am pretty confident and comfortable with that if this is somethings your pet needs.

I don't have much experience looking after reptiles, but I am happy to as long as we can meet up before and you can go over how to look after them a bit with me. 

SERVICES 

Whilst looking after your pet/s when you’re away, I will send you updates and photos of how they are going and what they are up to every second day. If you’d prefer an update each day or updates less often, I can accommodate this too, we can discuss this at our meet as well.  

My partner Marc, does assist me during most services. He is available to meet you and your pet at our meet and greet. He is a carpenter by trade and works maintenance at a school. He is also a big animal lover and has always grown up surrounded by various dogs and had pet mice too. 

DOG WALKING 

I have limited availability during the week for dog walking due to sporting commitments. I am happy to discuss with you what is best when it comes to walking your dog, i.e. how long you walk them for and where you walk them.

HOMEVISITS 

During our pet meet I will discuss with you personally when the best time for me to visit would be depending on the best needs for your pet.

Along with ensuring your pet/s have food and water and are walked and played with and given lots of love and attention, I will clean their bowls and litter trays/picking up poo. I am also more than happy to brush pets, bring in mail, put out bins, and water plants at no extra cost. If there are any other small jobs you would like me to do whilst your away, we can also discuss this at our meet. I will also at the end of my time ensure things are left neat and tidy.  

Unfortunately due to having just moved in to our new home, I no longer offer house sitting services at this stage.
