2024: I am recovering from a fractured wrist so cannot take heavier dogs that pull on the lead when walking. Or perhaps they are lightweight dogs, in which case it wouldn't be an issue. 😊
I’m very excited to offer pet sitting in my home in Balga! I understand that when you go on holidays, you
want to trust that your pet is well loved and cared for. I will love your doggie like my own. I have often had a dog and my last dog, a staffy went to doggy heaven 5 years ago and I miss her. I provide a home boarding service for small size dogs. I have a small fenced-in paved backyard, most of which is shaded in summer. Your dog will be able to sleep inside if that's what your dog likes but needs to be toilet trained as I don’t have a doggie door. I have a park nearby and can take your dog for a short walk or play fetch in the park or back yard. I prefer to sit smaller dogs or dogs that won't pull hard on the lead when walking.
I am allergic to cat fur, so can't take care of cats.
I am a calm, caring and patient person and I enjoy my relaxation time in nature.
I am happy to provide daily photo updates to put your mind at ease.
Your pet will feel safe, happy and loved while you are away! I will provide the same level of care that I would if they were my own pets.
I work part-time so I am around more to supervise/play with your pet, although I do like to be social and go out at times.
Our local vet is in Yokine or Balcatta. They have a 24 hour emergency room.

Ingrid took great care of my little dog Winnie who is a bit timid and scared of the storms. She sent me pictures of their daily walks and of Winnie eating her food. Winnie felt comfortable with Ingrid immediately. I highly recommend Ingrid, she is very kind and was very attentive towards Winnie’s needs particularly her fussy eating. On my holiday I felt secure that Winnie was in safe and loving hands.
Ingrid was amazing with our 11 month old cavoodle. Right from our ‘meet and greet’ I felt very comfortable that our fur baby was going to be well cared for. Ingrid listened carefully and ensured she gathered any necessary information to ensure that our pup would feel at home with her. She gave us plenty of time on that visit and when we returned to drop him off for a 5 night stay. Ingrid sent us such lovely updates snd photos of their time together - they had wonderful outings to the park and socialising as our pup loves running and playing with other dogs. When we collected him he was calm and happy. Again Ingrid gave us plenty of time to debrief and show us lots of photos of our pup’s happy time. He has been well settled since coming home and I am happy in knowing that he was well loved during his little ‘holiday’. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ingrid and will definitely seek to have her mind our pup again.
