Hiya! I'm Rose, a 33-year old woman living in Brunswick East with my partner and six-year old pooch, Maeve. Living by the Merri Creek and keen on the outdoors, we are used to taking our active dog on adventures, but I am available for a number of services including pet sitting, home visits/overnights, boarding at mine (small dogs only), large or small walks or just general company for your pet!
Though I am resuming pet sitting after a break, I am obssessed with doggos and have looked after a number of dogs from small to (very) large, for a range of breeds and ages. Our dog Maeve is an active dog who took a long while to adapt to her new home.
I am well versed in all types of temperaments, including dogs who need special attention and pooches with anxiety. I've also undertaken some complex dog training so I can take on any training you need. I am comfortable administering medication orally.
Normal walks are typically 30 minutes. Longer creek walks/adventure walks can be arranged which will be 45 mins-1.5 hours but these long walks must be booked as a home visit rate. If your booking is for boarding, your pet can be supervised 24/7 (if preferred) as long as bookings are 4 days or less, as my partner and I both have the ability to work from home. I can do walks with our dog Maeve, or without her. I am able to be available for walks/pet pick ups all day, most days.
Please note that for boarding at our house, we do have a dog living in the house, and boarding would be in our apartment with balcony. As a result we have a 1 small dog limit for overnight stays at our place, otherwise I prefer the sit to be at the owner's. If needed, your pooch could have constant company. Boarding dogs would sleep inside with us with our dog in our bedroom, or else in a separate room indoors. Happy to look after cats in your home too but it's not possible to bring them to ours unfortunately.
For boarding at your house, I have no limits on the number of dogs.
I have a car furnished with a doggy seat belt and I am happy to drive your pooch around if needed.

Rose looked after our cat for a few days while we were on an interstate trip. She was super easy to communicate with, friendly and responsible. While we were away, she sent us lots of pictures and updates every day.
We got back home to a happy and relaxed kitty, everything was clean and in its place.
Rose was very helpful during some long days at work recently, my dog enjoyed having a buddy come visit for cuddles and walks. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy, thank you
