Hello there! My name is Anton Feehan, 30 years of age and live predominatly in Melbourne. 

Let me give you a quick summary of how I got here. The idea of house sitting was first mentioned to me whilst backpacking the east coast of Australia, as a way to reduce travel costs. However, my first house sit was after my travels, back in Melbourne ( December 2019 ). It was a fantastic experience , a wonderful home with georgous pets which I was lucky enough to do again. Then the pandemic hit and house sitting was not an option for the foreseable future.

My house sitting journey picked up again in 2021, where I began to housesit for friends and neighbours. I love to travel and explore, it is a huge passion of mine. The pandemic was a tough time and i wanted to help those around me, to travel and regain their sense of joy and wonder. Throughout 2021 I secured regular house sits throughout the Melbourne region. I have become well known in my area to be a reliable and professional house sitter. Word of mouth has become a new way of gaining more house sitting opporunities. I have spent the majority of 2022, house sitting for friends, neighbours and those that have discovered my services. 

I'm guessing you would like to know why I do this? To put it simply , I really enjoy it! House sitting compliments my personality and strengthens my values. I enjoy exploring and engaging in different lifestyles. From city to beach to the bush, I want to experience it all! I enjoy meeting new people , seeing new things and experiencing what the world has to offer. I love animals around me, they act as a natural anti depressant for me. As a single, independant person, I value taking responsiblity of something other than myself. 

I find that house sitting is a win/win situation where both parties work together and result in mutual gains. I do my best to apply this philosophy to all aspects my life. I am a kind and compassionate person who values community and promoting well being. During 2020, I completed my studies in Mental health ( certificate 4 ) and plan to continue with a Diploma in Counselling.

As mentioned, I have many regular house sits and quite a number of house sits in total. I am happy to provide testimonials / contact details if you wish. I have managed animals big and small, young and old with house sits short and long. I am currnetly on a 2 month house sit in Mt Eliza.
