Hi Everyone! Thank you for your time to read through my profile and consider myself to look after your furry babies:) I'm Joey and I'm an Audiologist working full time, seeking to spend my spare time to work with cats instead of human ears. I am currently 27 years old and I am from Hong Kong. I came to Australia 9 years ago to study uni and I love the lifestyle here so I decided to stay! Me and my partner are currently reside at Denistone and it is a very pet friendly suburb with a pet friendly park which is only 5 minutes walk away from my house. 

Motivation to become a pet sitter

Me and my partner sometimes have to be away for work/travel and I understand the importance of having someone trustworthy to take care of my cats when I was away. With the personality of cats (they are scared of changing their living environments), I am dedicated to spend my free time to look after your cats and make sure they are safe when you are away. 

Experience with cats

I grew up surrounded by cats, my grandma has two persians and I spent most of my childhood in her house, I usually responsible for feeding the cats for my grandma. Growing up with cats made me become a crazy cat lover and I learned how to take care of them for them to stay healthy. Me and my partner are currently an owner of 2 cats (one is a british shorthair tabby who is currently 4.5 years old and the other one is an exotic shorthair who is currently 3.5 years old). I will treat your cats as if they are my cats. I had experience with cat sitting a couple of my friends' cats when they were away for travelling.

Service that I offer

Me and my partner currently live in Denistone and we aew happy to travel 20km within my home to provide visits to your home. I can send photos or videos of your loved pets during my visit and even facetime you if you wish! If you are away for too long, I can even groom your cats for you.
