It's not a threat, but a promise that I'll provide your feline pal with the most enjoyable of company so that you can have peace of mind off doing something else!
I'm the owner/slave of a needy tuxedo cat who demands pats at all times of the day. I understand that not all cats are like this and I will give them space if that is what they desire - my catsitting experience for aloof felines have been to ensure that their litter box is cleaned, food and water topped up and that I'm available if they ever wanted attention.
I have lived with cats most of my life, and am familiar with their behaviour and peculiarities. I'm very observant and will notice if anything changes in their routine. Leave me with your instructions and I'll follow them to the tee - I'm also happy to mind your plants, mailbox and garbage bins, if needed.
P/S: photos/videos/updates of your cat(s) will be provided by default unless you've opted out of receiving them!

Gerardine is an incredibly kind, caring, and attentive pet sitter. She went above and beyond while looking after our cat and her communication of photos and updates helped to ease any anxieties we had about leaving our pet while we were away.
She followed all the instructions we gave her carefully and spent quality time with our cat which he seemed to absolutely love. He also can be quite anxious but warmed to her very quickly, showing her skilled and good-natured approach to animals. I will be booking with her for any future trips without question!

My cat got a bit sick while we were away. Geraldine was very patient and caring dealing with all the unexpected. She even helped me to clean the areas where there was accident.

Geraldine is someone who really cares about cat. She is a good communicator and is willing to communicate outside her visiting hours. She even took the time and effort to look up how the new cat feeder worked which I just bought before my trip but haven’t tested myself yet.
