I am a Full-Time Physiotherapist by trade, & train as a powerlifter in the gym. I love being fit & active outdoors, and I think I love animals more than humans (yes, I've considered going into Animal Physio on a number of occasions)!

I've just relocated to ACT after living/working in Sydney's Inner West for the past 9 years - a place with plenty of small apartments, so I needed to leave my family pets with my parents in Country NSW, & wasn't able to have my own pets over that time...so I started pet-sitting 9yrs ago as a way of getting to enjoy some much loved outdoor time with animals. Majority of my pet-sitting customers were my physio patients & their extended families, so my gigs were mostly word of mouth...however, being new to Canberra & still being in the process of meeting people, I haven't yet built the reputation here, so this website seemed like a great place to start. 

I've included a few snaps of some of the furry friends I've had the pleasure of caring for, feeding or walking in the past. Some of these have just been when the owners are away for the one night, or the weekend, whilst others have been for the duration of a 6 week overseas holiday period. And occasionally its just been an evening walk during a period when the owner is unwell or swamped with work and unable to get out as much as usual. I predominantly stay at the owners home, as my unit is quite small, & I find it also ensures the animals are as comfortable & stress-free as possible during a time when their favourite humans are away. 

Due to my profession, I'm best suited for weekends, or with pets that aren't too anxious about being home during the work day & get excited for pre- & post-work walkies & snuggles. This may change next year with my goals to find a bigger home.
