Julieanne and John

Hi, we are Julieanne and John. We are both over 60, healthy and fit animal lovers. We are experienced with many different dog breeds and cats of all ages. We are both experienced at giving pets their oral or topical medication, having looked after some very sick cats and some senior dogs.

We are available to care for your pet(s) overnight, in their own home, so they're comfortable in familiar surroundings. We also look after your house and garden, depending on your requirements. If one of us is not available, the other will be free to look after your pets. We would both love to meet you and your pets before confirming a booking, to ensure we are all compatible.  

Before joining PawShake, we've obtained our sitting assignments on other websites, so we will provide reviews and references from our past sitting assignments.  

We began house sitting fulltime, after we left our home interstate last January, to be closer to our family in Adelaide. So far, we've done 22 house sits, ranging from a few days to 7 weeks in total. House and pet sitting is going to be our lifestyle for the next year or so, while we save up to purchase our retirement home.  

Every 2 or 3 days during a house sit, we send photos and messages, to reassure you that your pets are happy. Or, we can simply send photos on the phone's messenger.
