Available to take on some pet sitting duties including walking, feeding and generally hanging out with them. Unfortunately not able to offer boarding or dog sitting where I am currently staying but happy to do daycare at the owners place. Ideally locations would be easy to walk/cycle to from Five Dock or via transport for overnight sits.

I work full time, mostly remotely so this is a secondary hobbie and excuse to hang out with animals if you will.

I've been pet sitting for over 10 years now, mostly dogs and cats but also taken on the odd bird, reptiles, rodents and even the odd fish! I also volunteered at the Sydney Dogs and Cats Home for a while and have completed diplomas in Zoology, Dog Training and Dog Communication. I was project manager working in sport, pretty active and like to be outdoors so well behaved dogs that love a good long hike are the dream but can also do shorter walks if thats more suitable. Free time is spent exploring, cycling, kayaking or snorkelling. Comfortable walking up to 2 dogs at a time including any guests that might pop up.

Have looked after all types of animals, big and boisterous, quiet and shy, energetic, puppies and seniors, adults, those with various medical needs, blind and deaf. Experienced with different behaviours and through experience and training have built a good understanding of dog communication and behaviours in particular. I can administer tablets, oral or injection medication to pets and deliver some basic training if thats important. Happy to stay overnight, spend all day with them or just pop in to socialise, feed and walk if convenient, and can promise your pet will have a great time. I'll keep you updated as much as you prefer, each owner is different. Very clean person and will leave your house exactly as you left it, bring in mail if you're away, put out the bins etc.
