Hi I'm Mel and now that I'm retired I have more time to do the things that make me happy, one of those is caring for cats.

I have a 14 year old ragdoll cat Lucy who I have had since she was 12 weeks old. One very vocal and demanding cat but very much loved and cared for. I have gained my experience with pets as I have had pets all my life, cats, rabbits, pet cockatoo & my dad bred budgies.

Cats have always been my real love. I was a volunteer with The RSPCA in the cattery for 3 years which I loved, it was a very rewarding job.

Being a cat owner I know how hard it is to go away & leave your cats, so I will look after your fur baby like it was my own. As part of my care for your cat/s I will feed, clean litter trays, play with and of course lots of cuddles. Also happy to brush them if they like being brushed. 

As I’m not working I can feed them anytime of day. 

If the cat is happy to have me around then minimum time spent at your place will be an hour. No rushed visits.

I'm happy to provide regular updates on how things are going, so that you can relax & enjoy your time away, knowing that your fur baby is being well cared for. Also happy to bring your mail & bins in for you.

I always make sure doors are locked whilst I’m there & when I leave.
