Hello! My name is Guadalupe, I'm an Argentinian girl living in Australia and it is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I offer my services to provide loving care and attention to both your home and babies. 

MY EXPERIENCE
I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals, having grown up in a rural household in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This unique upbringing instilled in me a profound love and respect for animals and it motivated me to dedicate a significant portion of my life to their care.

Throughout my childhood, I took on various responsibilities, caring for a diverse range of animals, including chickens, cows, and horses. As pets, I had a guinea pig named Jerry, a rabbit named Rufus, and currently I have the pleasure of sharing my life with two lovely dogs, a German Shepherd named Pippa, a Cane Corso named Tana, and a beloved cat named Merlina. 

My journey into the world of animal care extended beyond the confines of my home in 2020 when I embarked on a voluntary mission at the Zaguates shelter. From 2020 until my recent move to Australia, I devoted myself to rescuing and rehabilitating street cats and dogs of various sizes, many of whom were suffering from illnesses or abuse. My role involved providing these vulnerable creatures with love, attention, and the necessary medical care to nurse them back to health. The ultimate goal was to find them loving forever homes, a process that required dedication, patience, and a deep sense of responsibility. This experience not only strengthened my caregiving skills but also instilled in me the ability to administer medications (pills, ear drops, powders). 

Over the past six years, I have been providing house and pet sitting services, taking care of cats, small dogs (eg Fox Terrier, Toy Poodle, Brussels Griffon) large dogs ( eg Giant Schnauzer, German Sheppard) and even turtles. I take immense pride in my ability to care for any type of animal, and I am confident in my capacity to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I am more than willing to provide references from the pet owners I have assisted, all of whom have been extremely satisfied with my services.  

Moreover I don’t just look after animals, I am also more than happy to look after gardens and lawns, take care of mail or do anything else you need done around your home while you are away to ensure that you have peace of mind. Please note I am a non-smoker, have a full drivers licence and I am a tidy and security conscious person.

In conclusion, I would like to do pet sitting because it brings me immense joy and energizes my soul, and my lifelong passion for animals, hands-on experience, and dedication to their well-being make me an excellent choice to care for your pets and house while you are away. I will diligently follow your pet's feeding, walking, medication (if needed) and care routines each day. I hope to build a friendship with your pets beyond basic care and look forward to giving them the love, exercise and mental stimulation they need.

I am happy to have regular Face Time or email/Messenger/WhatsApp conversations before the sit begins and to visit you personally when I am in your area prior to the sit, if possible. Ongoing and regular updates while you are away about your pets and house would be a pleasure to provide to you.
