My name is Roxanne and I live in Hawthorne with my fur baby Rose. Rose is a sweet natured toy cavoodle that loves walks in the park. We would love to share that time with other small dogs in the area that would like to join us when their person isn’t able to walk them and we are also available for regular daily or weekly bookings.
Rose and I usually head out walking 2 -3 times during the day, and we can be flexible regarding times to suit you; ( usually between 6:30am - 6:30pm ) weather permitting. I like to treat pets with the same level of care as I would my own, so I’m only able to take one other dog at a time, to be able to give them the attention they deserve.
We are also available to make house calls to check in on your pets, feed them, give them lots of pats and cuddles and generally spend a bit of time with them to check that they are happy and healthy. Walks can be added to the visits if required. If you are away we can bring in the mail and water the plants while we visit. You can choose to have your house calls once or twice a day dependant on your needs.
I’ve had experience in pet/ house sitting positions during the past 15 years, often being asked back for regular repeat visits and cared for numerous pets of my own, including birds, fish, rabbits, cats, and of course my gorgeous dog. Rose is fully vaccinated and I will only care for other pets that are fully vaccinated also, so your best friend will be in safe hands.

Roxanne is lovely and clearly loves dogs! We met a couple of days before the booking and our dogs got along wonderfully. We talked through what was required and Roxanne was very accomodating and everything was easy. On the day of the booking, Roxanne sent through a note about how things went and a lot of photos! I will definitely book Roxanne again, and I look forward to it!
So happy to have found Roxanne as she is extremely easy to deal with and very flexible, which is exactly what I need. Her little dog Rose is the sweetest and my dog, Honey, was more than happy to walk with her. Even though Honey was so unsure about walking without me, Roxanne handled it very professionally and had Honey settled and trotting along in no time - in the past, Honey totally refused to move with other walkers! I will definitely keep using Roxanne’s (and Rose’s) services going forward and would recommend without hesitation!
