Hello there,
My name's Danny. I've been house-sitting for ~ 18 months now (via another site as well). I've looked after mainly dogs and cats, and on the odd occasion horses, fish and chickens. I love animals and really enjoy interacting with them. I've received some very kind reviews as well from their owners.
I've had Maltese terriers as pets growing up, so have been around animals most of my life.
I've studied a masters of ethics at Melbourne uni, and I'm a vegan out of compassion for animals
I'm a non-smoker (and non-drinker too), so would prefer to sit only at non-smoking households. I'd be happy to help, if you need, with dog walking or house visits etc
I'm very easy-going and caring.
My availability is quite good as I am home most of the day. I like spending time with animals, playing with them etc. I am able to walk dogs for as long and as many times a day as needed.
I'm happy to look after gardens/plants as well, and take in the mail and other requirements you need...I am also very used to ensuring cats that need to stay indoors are not let out, and I lock the doors etc when I leave ensuring the hosue is secure.

I cannot rate Danny highly enough. During the 5 weeks of my absence overseas, he took excellent care of my animals. He made sure to send me regular updates , sending me pictures and videos of the cats ( & my bird) at least once a week. Danny is trustworthy and a true animal lover. He is respectful, easy going and goes above and beyond his pet sitting responsibilities to make sure you have a peaceful and enjoyable time away. For example, he took the initiative to mow my lawn without me asking him. He also made sure to wash the bedsheets & towels before my return. I highly recommend Danny's services as a pet sitter. He is wonderful and he will now be my go-to person whenever I need somebody to look after my beloved pets.
Danny looked after our two cats while we were away. We came back to happy cats. Danny even was mindly of their little idiosyncrasies including one of our cats likes to be patted while she eats. Danny even cleaned up an unexpected hairball mess, which we were grateful for. Danny's communication and daily updates and photos were welcomed. Thankyou so much Danny. I definitely recommend Danny and our cats would be happy for Danny to care for them again.
