About me

Hello, I'm Aivee and your friendly neighborhood paw-pal and purr-fect companion for your pet when you're away from home. 

As I work from home with a flexible schedule, I am looking for furry companions outside my virtual work buddies. Outside of my desk job, I find fulfilment in taking care of your pets, and making them feel loved when you are away from home. 

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy running, social salsa, reading and painting. Whilst I cannot promise that your pets would pick up a thing or two from me/my interest, rest assured, they would receive as much love and care as they deserved. Also, I have a keen interest on indoor plants, would be happy to care for yours too.  

My experiences

I grew up with cats and have volunteered at RSCPA tending to a range of rescued and vulnerable animals. Through these experience, I learned the appropriate care and needs for pets, providing them a safe and healthy environment. 

Although I am new on this platform, my other experiences includes:

- house sitting for 9 month old small dog (shiba)

- house visits/ dog walking for 2 senior large dogs (rottweilers)

- house sitting for 1 rescued puppy (staffie terrier)

- house sitting for 3 cats (2 senior cats, 1 kitten) 

- house visits for 2 cats (1 senior cat, 1 rescue orange cat)

- house visit for 2 rescued adult cats

- house visit for 2 kittens

My most memorable pet-sitting experience was in Melbourne where I did house sitting and cared for a 4 month-old puppy (American Staffie Terrier) for under 2 weeks. This little buddy had separation anxiety and was chewing, barking, and refusing walks. It was rewarding to see his growth and transformation - weight, social skills, potty training, etc.

What to expect

I am open to all kinds of pets, happy to discuss your needs (feeding schedule, medication, playtime, clean and refill the litter, etc). 

- Daily visits: l'll spend at least 30 mins spending time and tending to your pets needs. I could visit anytime between 8am-6pm.

- House sitting: I'll stay present in the duration of the stay, suitable for pets with special needs and care. 

Engaging my services means an auto subscription to photos/ videos of your pets during my care! :)

Location

I'm at Hunters Hill, other areas covered - Huntley Cove, Gladesville, Woolwich.

Others - the app takes 19% from the fees quoted. (Pawshake charges a Service Fee of 19% to the Host to cover the costs of payment processing, marketing and site administration.)
