Dog Boarding

Dog will not be left alone for long period over the weekend and on weekdays. We only take one dog at a time unless they come from the same household.  

You can expect:

• Dog will not be left alone for longer than 3 hours (or less if needed, working from home most days)
• Dog has space to move around and explore with access to a garden. We never tied up or keep in a crate at all. for long periods of time.
• Secure space for dogs so they can't escape. Fully fenced garden.
• Dog has access to shade and a cool place when hot and a warm place when cold.
• Physical exercise according to needs, we can care for dogs that needs to spend energy to enjoy themselves (can be broken down as indoor/outdoor play, multiple walks or one long walk as per agreement with owners) 
• At least 1 walk per dat (~30min). We usually do 2, and we adapt the exercize to the dog (a golden retiever and a bull dog walk are not the same :) 

We will expect:

• Dog is housetrained (if the dog is not housetrained, the sitter is informed prior to the booking)
• Walking equipment is provided but we do welcomed your own leash/harness. We ask fro the bediing to be provided, along with a rug or similar with a familiar scent.
• Secure place for sleep (mat + blanket). We usually set them a spot in the laundry room. If the dog is used to sleep in a crate, we can accomodate that if provided.
• We expect punctuality :) We have a busy life...just like you and if drop off / pick up occurs during the week, we might have some driving around for the kids to do.

About Us

We are a family of 5 with 3 girls (11, 13, 16) and we would be happy to care for your furry friend.

We loves dogs and cats and we haven't come around having our own pets here in Australia yet. We have a lot of experience with pets and have been doing pet sitting for years for friends and family. We used to have pets before and are well trained to care for dogs/cats. 

We prefer to host pets during school terms so that we can dedicate more time to care. That being said I work from home most of the time so your pet will no be left alone for extended period. Depending on your pet need, we can set up a routine with you that will match your pet needs for walks and exercise. 

Our house is safe and dynamic. We have a completely enclosed garden. We do have most gears ready for pet care and we also recommend bringing your own equipmemnt to provide a familiar environment to your pet. Our girls will love to play with your dog and will dedicate time during their stay with us. Feel free to contact us and ask any questions you might have :)

We can accomodate most dogs/cats but we prefer small to medium size pet. We have no problem following a strict diet and providing medication or special care if needed. We do not offer specific training or grooming but we are happy to follow any training plan provided to us.
