About Gaye
About me.....
Hi, my name is Gaye and I would love to care for your special companion and give the love and attention to them, that they get from you, whilst you are away. Home from home 😊
I am a retired PS living southside so I have all my time to give to your beautiful friend. I live on my own in a single storey home, which is comfortable, clean and has gardens that are secure and well fenced so your pet will be 100% safe (please check out the photos!)
Background: I have a lifetime of caring for animals, having been brought up with dogs, cats and a budgerigar! With my own family, we had 2 border collie crosses, a tabby cat, rabbits and guinea pigs. My daughters now have their own dogs and when they go away I look after their doggies for them which is always such a joy!
Motivation: I sadly lost my beautiful border collie, Fergus, last year. He was nearly 16 years old. I miss him so much. My motivation to join Pawshake is to be able to enjoy the company of a four legged friend. I thought that I could help out those wishing to go away knowing their beautiful companions are being looked after with love. I walk from my home that has access to a number of local walks straight from my door.
Services offered: Dog Boarding: to give love, company and care to doggies; to go for walks; to have play time; to administer medication if required; to create a calm and happy place for your special companion.
Requirements:
● Small to medium breeds only (not "toy/minature" breeds as I'd worry they'd get under the deck, also <25kg)
●Vacinated and wormed doggies
● House trained doggies if indoor living required
● No chewers thanks!
● Non aggressive temperament (good with children >8yo if grandkids should visit)
● Food and treats to be supplied by owner along with a list of feeding schedule
● Any information about your doggie to be able to understand their character plus commands you use for your buddy
In Conclusion: I would love to be considered to look after your special family member. A meet and greet beforehand would be great to put our minds at rest! Have a wonderful day!
