Isabelle

Hello! My name is Isabelle, and I am from Rhode Island, United States. I am 25 years old and currently on my working holiday visa in Perth. I am currently working part time and have availability throughout the week and weekends.

In addition to Pawshake, I have been using the Rover, Wag!, and Trusted HouseSitters apps over the past three years to house sit, board, and walk dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have looked after over 50 dogs, ranging from young puppies to elderly dogs, and from small breeds like Chihuahuas to large breeds like Doberman Pinschers. This experience has equipped me to handle dogs with various backgrounds and energy levels. I am also confident in administering oral medications and injections. My punctuality and respect for pet owners' wishes ensure that I meet their expectations regarding their pets' care.

As an avid hiker who constantly explores new trails and vistas, I am well-prepared to keep dogs active and engaged, always mindful of their capabilities. I look forward to making new furry friends and ensuring they feel loved and comfortable while their owners are away. 

In 2021, I fostered a 1-year-old male husky, Echo, through Passion for Paws in Vermont. Together, we averaged about 10 miles a day walking on nearby trails. Additionally, my volunteer experience dog walking at All Breed Rescue in Williston, Vermont, allowed me to interact with a variety of dogs, further enhancing my skills in handling different breeds and personalities.

I love to bring pups on all my adventures, ensuring their safety is my number one priority.
