My partner and I love dogs and have been dog sitting since 2019. We have both grown up with a variety of puppies and decided to sit dogs together after we met. Our first experience with dog sitting was for sitting dogs whilst we travelled up the east coast of Australia. We absolutely loved every one of them and they all had different personalities. One of the owners said her dog was very shy and probably wouldn’t interact with us. We were not surprised when the dog put his head on our laps after only two days. We walk dogs every day they are in our care, take care of their particular needs and take care of them as if they were our own.

We now live in Wonthaggi and have a 10 year old chihuahua foxy cross, Lily, who is like our child.

We decided to combine our love of animals with playing bridge when we dog sit.This would mean we would leave the dogs for up to 4 hours on those occasions. Our backyard is entirely suitable for dogs to run and play in and has secured/ lockable gates on each access. We encourage dogs to bring their own bed and toys as it gives them a feeling of security. Each dog can select the location of its bed whether in the house or outdoors. Our bedroom is ok , but not on the bed.

We take the dogs for a walk each day and feed them to their individual requirements. We ask that all dogs are vaccinated to eliminate the spread of any disease.

Our aim is for your dog to enjoy its holiday at our place and come back happy and refreshed.
